3. Gift Box Sizes

Orders may be supplied in one of the following gift box sizes depending on the contents and availability:

  • 12 x 9 x 4 inches
  • 10 x 7 x 3 inches

The gift box size used will be selected at our discretion to best accommodate the contents of your order.


4. Orders

When placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.


6. Perishable Goods

Some products may contain food, confectionery, beverages, or other perishable items.

Perishable goods should be stored according to any instructions provided and consumed before the stated best-before or use-by date.

We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration, spoilage, melting, leakage, or damage occurring after delivery due to:

8. Delivery

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or other selected delivery partners.

Delivery options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or other delivery providers
  • Customs processing
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Public holidays
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address information may be charged to the customer.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.


9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of certain products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Custom-made products

Where a return is accepted:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Customers may be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Photographs of shipping labels attached to the parcel

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Where transit damage is confirmed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

at our discretion.

We are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for:

  • Delivery delays caused by delivery providers
  • Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
  • Change-of-mind purchases where statutory rights do not apply
  • Personal preferences regarding taste, fragrance, colour, or product selection
  • Minor packaging variations or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

10. Personalised Items

Please ensure all names, dates, spellings, messages, and personalisation details are entered correctly when ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Personalised items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • They arrive damaged; or
  • An error has occurred due to our mistake.

For hygiene and safety reasons, body care, skincare, bath, and related products should be used only as directed.

Customers should review all ingredients before use.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and seek professional medical advice if necessary.

We accept no responsibility for adverse reactions where ingredients have been clearly disclosed by the manufacturer.
